    This has changed I think but it was like three months for moms and 6 weeks for dads.

    US is slowly coming around on this and IHS Markit is making strides to get ahead of the curve in this one area. Offers 6 months to primary care giver and i believe 2-4 weeks for secondary care giver. Recent change.

    The offer the bare minimum for maternity leave, but did at least introduce parental leave (not just maternity leave).

    a standard 12 weeks paid leave however it would be really flexible if you are willing to combine with your vacations or non-paid leave.
