6 months fully paid parental leave for primary caregiver, 4.5% 401k match, Aetna medical insurance, vision, dental and prescription insurance. Employee assistance program. Gympass. 15 days vacation to start, 17 days after 2 years.
401 k healthcare is good lots of coffee and large kitchen. Ping pong tables walking area pool table snacjs
Premiums super high and increase every year
Less than other similar companies / banks in New york city.
Benefits were slashed majorly each year of employment
Health insurance based on income and not number of people being insured. Nice PTO package
Best thing - generous PTO, great maternity benefits (6 months of maternity leave), solid 401k match, equity offerings. Some offices have fully stocked snacks and drinks in the kitchen. Worst - poor paternity leave (2 weeks off), poor raises/bonuses, removed gym reimbursement payments a couple years back which was disappointing (although we do receive a classpass-esque alternative). Health Insurance options is typical. WFH policy is manager-dependent.
slightly below average, 401 matching, dental/vision, health
The package was comprehensive, but wasn't the best quality of health coverage.
Salary too low and medical too expensive.
