Plenty of vacation offered, but taking time off can be difficult as you may come back to a large amount of work. Short vacations, or long weekends are about what can be easily managed without too much backlog.
Good vacation plans in place for most levels
You get plenty of time off. They are very flexible about time off.
The vacation and PTO benefits were very good.
The usual 15 days PTO and only 5 sick days (not good for parents) and you get more after you've been there for 3 years. They also don't rollover to the next year so you have to take them.
20 days max leave unless you turn into a MD level
Paid time off was generous before the merger with IHS, but now the company is changing around the way time off works and it's still a bit of an unknown.
VERY flexible on time off. Most employees combine Flexible Time off (ie sick days) and vacation time to give a large pool of time off.
Vacation and Paid Time Off is very generous. Hard to use all of your PTO when you include the corporate holidays.
Very generous vacation time, plus 64 hours of FTO.
