Ok. Other firms have more time alotted
over time you can get to 20+ days paid
Sometimes remote support may be required, but not always
I felt the Paid time off was very generous and flexible.
Industry standard @ 15 days plus 3 "personal" days.
You'll never be made to feel bad for taking your time off, which is nice. And you get an extra day or two of paid vacation with each year of employment.
Not as flex able but average.
Worse than the time off plan we had pre-acquisition, and is in general bad for the area we are in.
Vacation goes up with years of service.
Vacation and Flex time are great, and increased after 5 and 10 years. Your vacation and flex-time do not carry over; you have to use it or lose it. Managers are very reasonable about time off or pressing personal issues. They don't want you in the office if your ill. You can use your flex-time to when sick, or if you need to take your loved one to the doctor (they understand personal time is important). Occasionally let off early if your boss is cool. :)
