PAID PAID PAID. after 1 year working you get 6 weeks full pay and then half pay for another 6 weeks. after 3+ years you get 8 weeks full pay and then half pay for another 8 weeks. This is on top of any short term disability you qualify for. you end up getting 4-5 months off to bond with your baby. Rare in the US.
