    You can only take paid time off. As in, you can't take days off without having earned enough PTO to cover your max shift hours. No unpaid time off. They say it helps maintain 'work-life balance', which is true, I guess, but I ended up having to quit because I couldn't take 3 weeks off.

    accrued vacation time based on hours but can get up to two weeks first year

    Both accumulate as you work starting from first day of work. You cap out after a certain amount of accummulated hours. Make sure to make plans and request times off ahead of time. Specially if it is to be used during busy months since its on a first come first serve basis and after a certain amount of individuals request those times off, they become blocked off and noone else can request during that time.

    Great accrual rate, fairly easy to get approved for PTO except for during a few busy months from July to August known as Kdrop.
