40 hours sick time each year and PTO gain is pretty good in particular if you are part time. gaining amounts increase the longer you are there.

I just started in June and I already earn over 7hrs of PTO per paycheck! Basically you earn a paid day off every check!

You accrue your PTO based on how many years you have been with the company and how many hours you work in the year. Sick time is on top of PTO.

The best part of working at Ikea is vacation and paid time off because you have certain times off which I don't remember, we have a system where we can check from. Mine should be currently 25 hours, it always updates according to how many days you worked previously

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Portland, Oregon

PTO accrues based on hours worked and how long you've been there. Sick time sucks though only 30 hours a year for part time and 39 for full time.

Great benefit package for vacation/ time off. Start accumulating PTO your first week. Usually get approved for requests.
