Short-term Bonus every 6 months and Long-term every 12 months given in cash which is nice
Never received the performance bonus myself and I am one of the highest performers on my team. I am in no way bitter but this seems to be one of the week areas within the company, its not transparent whatsoever as to who receives the bonus, and the only person I personally know that received the performance bonus spends half his day on Facebook everyday.
Bonus if 10% of base pay for engineers. Unless we are in a downturn, then it is 0%.
Although this is usually a program that goes away with five years of a new company, this is still holding and pays out three times per year if performance metrics are met.
Pays well since there is no stock available to give to the employees
