Decent benefits. CDHP is a good way to stash some money away for medical bills later. 5% 401k match is decent...but with what is going on now at IM Flash, layoffs/cutbacks, many believe that they may take this away
IM Flash has a well-rounded total compensation as compared to other major companies. They seem to stay current through benchmarking with similar industries and local companies. I do fee there is opportunity for improvement in flexible work schedules, extended time off like short sabbatical for employees with long service

You are fully vested in your 401k as soon as you start working. Healthcare packages are good. Parental leave program is not nearly as good as what other tech companies can offer.
Every year it gets a little worse. Continuing education is a paper policy, and nearly impossible to receive.
