6% matching on a Charles Schwab 401k and many different options for healthcare. Sick time does not carry over annually.
Good 401k plan, vacation, sick, and holiday pay. Lots of options for medical plan benefits, coverage is fair, but employee rates are expensive.
Minimum health care that employees pay for, spouse can not have coverage if they are offered at their employment. Other benefits are quite basic, many other companies offer much better, no special perks.

Two weeks time off to new employees is a little on the low end compared to most companies. You don't get three weeks until six years tenure.
