The health insurance is excellent. The cost to the employee's family is very low, and the coverage and deductible are excellent. It's the best health insurance I've ever had.
The owner has always made it a priority to have great benefits and keep the employee costs are lower than anywhere I've ever worked.
Really solid benefits, some of the best I have ever had. Health care deductibles and copays are low and the monthly premium we pay is low too. Dental and vision are the same. We also get flex time, summer and ski Fridays, shutdown between Christmas and New Years, matching on our 401K and a solid PTO policy. We get company provided lunches 3 days a week, free snacks, happy hours, onsite exercise and yoga classes and a bunch of small things throughout the year. The only thing that is a small negative is that we don't have separate sick time, it is included in our PTO. But given that the PTO is more than fair and everything else we get, I am good with that.
Health insurance and dental is very generous with low deductables and extensive coverage. 401k contribution matching up to 5%. Private chef for lunch 3 days a week. Annual performance-based bonuses. Free bus pass, discounted gym memberships, employee fitness programs.
The benefits package is unmatched. Low monthly payments for employees with awesome coverage
IMM has the most comprehensive and amazing benefits package of any employer I've been a part of. Amazing health with minimal cost to the employee, 401k match, training. IMM cares about it's people.
Benefits are unbelievable. Coming from a holding company, these are real dollars back in my pocket.
The benefits at IMM are top-notch, as are the perks. I insure my family for less than $100 monthly. Some more perks: in-house chef 3 times a week unlimited snacks, ice cream and gourmet coffee weekly happy hours gifts when you have a baby or get married. referral bonus program free in-house fitness classes company car for running errands quarterly company events and random fun days free bus pass company-sponsored barbecuing during summer months 4-week sabbatical after 10 years of service half day Fridays during summer and winter, reduced work schedule at Christmas Xbox, shuffleboard and corn hole free parking
The little things matter - peer reviews, kitchen, company car, company bikes, dogs allowed, deck, patio, grill, library, matching 401k, stock options, flexible hours, work from home schedule
Really great health insurance and 401K matching up to 4%. There is a solid amount of PTO (15 days) but this includes your sick days. There is a discount on the gym membership but it's still an investment. They have also recently coordinated a laundry drop off.
