PTO is scam. You can’t carryover time, and you have to earn your days throughout the year. Kiss the notion of a 2 week vacation in the beginning of the year goodbye unless you are an associate director or above. Little people like me have to cancel their honeymoon plans. Thanks a lot Syneos.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered. For medical insurance, you have the option to have an HSA, which INC will contribute to. Regarding 401k's, INC will match the first 3% you contribute, and half of the next 3% you contribute. The week of Christmas, including through the day after New Years Eve, is paid holiday vacation. Thanksgiving and the day after are paid holidays. There are a handful of other holidays throughout the year that are paid holidays as well. The amount of Paid Time Off increases with years of service, but employees with 0 years of experience will accrue 16 days of PTO.
