Average benefits, 6 percent 401 match
Competitive benefits with the rest of the industry. Not as lavish as some but not as stingy as others.
Best thing is 401k match plus general contribution
401k, bonus potential, vision, medical, dental, wellness program, company paid life insurance, educational reimbursement, economical additional life insurance, HSA, FSA
Excellent place to work.
Generous vacation and sick time policies, up to 20% yearly bonus if all metrics are met, health benefits are far above industry standards and very affordable, retirement plan is managed by T. Rowe Price which I prefer over someone like Fidelity.
Worst - Ineos froze the pension plan in 2012. Best - 6% dollar for dollar 401K matching.
Good basic benefits including medical, dental, etc. Other items such as 401k very good as well as vacation policies, Administration of these programs is weak.
401K is partially matched if you contribute the minimum. Work-life balance is off as the company tries to do more with less people. Vacation is offered after you have been there a year. Health insurance is decent. There is no Salaried Company pension. They do not offer long-term care insurance. Life insurance is offered.
base 3% and 6% company match 100%.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
