The salary was great and the benefits were, too
Best thing was paid time off and worst thing was no remote options
Culture/Work environment. Teams set up in small groups based on skill. Fun and energetic environment
The best benefit was a $1200 per year self-improvement program to be spent on personal development not related to work. In addition, opportunities for professional development were regulary offered. The vacation standard allowance is 25 days per year, not including bank holidays and paid time off for sickness or family responsibilities. This is a very socially responsible company.
Very good health insurance package that allowed me to include my wife, even though I was only working Part Time. Also a flex spend account for health expenditures. They match your contributions to your 401k very generously, which got me started on saving for retirement. The location I worked for also had a gym and nurse onsite, which helped me pay good attention to my health as well.
great vacation time, solid benefits.
Lots of paid days off, good medical/dental plan, 401K match up to 6%
