good medical plan for the family
The instituted an HSA plan that required employee contributions in addition to employees paying a share of the medical plan. To get a match, you were required to take tests. Also, out of state employees had restrictions.
The package was pretty standard, I wouldn’t say there was really a worst thing nor a best thing about it. It was alright.
Great maternity coverage and 401(k) match is on par with others in the industry.

Interns do not get any perks. It is a standard hourly wage and sometimes you can negotiate to get a better pay. There are many meetings with high level managers which gives a basic idea of how everything works.
Excellent PTO and even leave for moving or death in the family. Health insurance was just okay.
Benefits are a huge part of the culture, and they take very good care of their employees.
best is the 401K 100 pct match as well as good pension benefit. Not as good as in europe though, but very decent for the US. better than competition
