“Limited network, self insurance plan”
“Limited holidays due to the nature of the business”
“Great retirement plan options for those that need it.”
Very comprehensive benefits package. Health insurance is only disappointment.
Decent Benefits, could be better. Time off/sick days/holidays all come from one pool which I am not a fan of. Recently I have been taking advantage of the tuition assistance and that is nice to have a little bit of money back in my pocket.
Limited provider network for the healthplan. No out-of-state coverage for dependents.
They offer excellent benefits and health care packages.
Benefits are great. Easy to access.
Best - Room for advancement, experienced professionals who are excellent resources, and great reputation. Worst - Some areas/departments are siloed, lack of communication.
It was a standard benefit package
Benefits used to be better.
I appreciate the benefits we have available. The pharmacy benefit is a definite plus and is managed in a way that provides maximum benefit to the employee. Deductibles are reasonable. The organization works very hard to keep our premiums stable, even when other organizations are substantially increasing their premiums. Overall, I would rate the benefits as 'good' and I believe they provide a good value for what we pay.
Disease managment program is great for people with chronic illness. Health insurance is a joke if you actually need to use it. High premiums for limited coverage.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
