We have Vacation, Sick and one day of Bereavement. We have 401k, HSA money and low interest employee loans. Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. Free Gym membership. We get off on our Birthday. We do a company holiday party, a baseball game, picnic and one team building activity every year. The maternity leave is not great, that's the only benefit that is not great at IDS.
The vacation time is great. You also have sick days. And one bereavement day. The insurance is not that great, but they supplement that with giving us money into our HSA accounts.
Health care coverage is absolutely minimal. It is nice that the employer pay the entirety of the premium, but it is a rather useless insurance plan. Coupled with NO sick days, it's just asking for trouble. There is PTO, which is accumulated after 1 year employment and is very limited.
