Good benefits with a strong cultural environment.
Overall benefits are good. I would give 5 starts if we had benefits for better health (i.e. gym, equipment stipend, etc). Work from home is up to 2 days/week.

The culture is not as advertised
Vacation time is technically accrued monthly but you can utilize days not yet accrued, if needed. Health benefits plans are also affordable and easy to sign-up for. One aspect that can be improved is the rate in which vacation time is accrued /assigned according to years served…I believe more time should be offered, and their overall philosophy around PTO/sick leave could benefit from some modernization (I.e., paid sabbatical after “x” number of years served, etc.)
The company provides an excellent benefits package.
