Fantastic amount of paid time off
Generous paid time off. IOR offers 401K plan but does not match. Health insurance is a bit on the expensive end. Biggest perk is flexibility and laid back and fun office culture. A true collaborative environment.
19 benefits days per year to start, 1 paid volunteer day, holidays off and paid, small gym on site, $250 quarterly bonuses when goal is made with $1,000 year end bonus for staying the full year, medical and dental insurance, work from home days 2x per week after 90 days, FSA, HSA, 401K option after 6 months full time, frequent social events in office, multiple events outside office 2x per year, mutual botanic garden passes. Office is far from Chicago so commuting without a car is impossible. Plan vacations far in advance away otherwise you may not be able to take it if another Program Manager is also out - very little coverage. Social events mean you are constantly contributing your own money to making food, bringing ingredients, gifts for baby showers, wedding gifts, etc.
YES - Option for Health Insurance, Work from home NO - Travel Stipends or Commuter Benefits
