No adoption assistance and no health for part-time employees
To expensive and you have to jump through hoops to get the discount rate
Medical, dental, and vision. 401k plan, vacation pay
Very expensive and little coverage
The PTO (Paid Time OFF) benefit is awesome, they give you a specific amount of "hours" to take off with pay, based on how many hours you work. And they also provide the usual health insurance and such.
I worked at IP for a little less then a year, table game dealer. Great money and made a lot of friends. Had to move my husband in the military. Good place to work
They have cut back on benefits. Anthem handles their medical insurance policies, and will make you jump through a lot hoops and still deny you medical test to cut their cost. My back doctor ordered a MRI for my back and they refused to pay, telling my doctor that I didn't need it.
As a 24/7 business non "bank hour" employees do accrue PTO at a reasonable rate. Finance & HR are the only exceptions. Its Casino work. You get what you came for. Fair Part time benefits are available. But, don't let them promise you a slippery slope of full time status.
Worst: Hourly have to wait six months for coverage. Depending on our hire date it may be seven months before you are really covered.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
