    It's unlimited and you can do it whenever granted you have all your work done.

    DTO (Discretionary Time Off) was introduced while I was there and it was a game changer. While some may think an employee would use fewer days because you don't have a set number of days to use, it really just depends on your individual mindset. As long as your team backed each other up while you were out of the office, there didn't seem to be any problems and employees were much happier.

    Moved to a DTO program, they no longer provide vacation or sick days and instead you are able to take days off based on work load. If you are too busy to take off you lose the vacation days. Overall kinda sucks
