IPM's benefits are very competitive. It's a small company yet they offer a solid health plan, two dental plans, a vision plan and all kinds of supplemental insurance. Employee contributions for the health plan are a bit higher than large companies, but the company uses an HRA to completely pay the deductible and most Rx costs. So there is basically no out-of-pocket expense after the per-pay contribution. The company has a 401(k) and still has a company match! (25% on the first 6%). Company paid life insurance. TransitChek is also offered (and required by NYS), but the company offered it years in advance of the requirement. It frequently supports employees in times of need well above any requirements.
