Very good. 6 % 401k match. Free breakfast, coffee, soda, energy drinks, etc. Free dinner if you stay late (but goes away quickly at times if there are many people). 8 days of sick leave. 18 days of vacation for new employees and 23 days after you complete 3 years.

The benefits package is pretty standard. Nothing special or unique about it. Includes the typical insurance (medical, dental, vision, STD and LTD) and 401k plan.
No full paid insurance, only partially matching for 401k, no time-off paid, maternity and paternity leave are paid partially as well.
Its substantial. Their 401K match is high, their Medical coverage is really nice, and the in office perks are great.

Best: they provide a 6% 401k match which is amazing, the vacation policy is decent-3 weeks to start, parental leave is 12 weeks now (previously was something like 4 days from what I hear from others), also they give 9 sick days a year Worst: benefits seem to be a better match for the 20-30 years old at optimal health, at least that is how it feels, as we get less after each major iteration or vendor change
