The benefits are amazing, in terms of the insurance and the per diem you recieve.
401K and "unlimited" time off, but compensation does not account for cost of living (i.e. New York/ San Francisco employees are not paid more) and pay is not competitive. As a result high turnover. Bonus each year is frequently not paid out in full. No cost of living increase.
Worst part of benefits - Terrible health insurance with super high premiums and copays. Avoid if possible. Time off policy is designed to look good on paper
Good package with a lot of different choices and options-negative is always cost of insurance
I can't think of anything bad about the benefits
Broad benefits package. Medical deductibles are slowing climbing with each year though. 401K match is a nice addition as well as wellness benefits.
Package is standard. 401k match is good, while health insurance is expensive and not so great
Good health insurance and benifits
Coverage is expensive for a family.
The health insurance coverage is very poor - expensive copays, high deductibles, many rules. Frankly, it is the worst package I've had in 25 years of working.
