Training consists of classroom training at start of your employment, in several phases (1040 (individual), 1120 (corporate), and 1065/1120S (flow-through)). For me, each phase was spaced about 6 months apart and required a few weeks stay in another city. There is on-the-job training after each phase during which time an on-the-job instructor (more senior employee) supervises your audits. After that, you are required to complete online courses for continuing job education each year.
