Horrible & expensive health plan. Strict vacation time that is granted only after one year yet expires if not used... And yes, they have a biometric time clock for salary employees (mind boggling how a company based on so called innovation uses a time clock). The CEO always says he wants to follow Google's company culture philosophy yet he seems more like an elementary school principal. No 401k and even worse the company doesn't offer direct deposit.
