We have great insurance and if you are single, they cover 100%! They match a good percentage of 401k as well.
BCBS is the insurer and they are very good. You have the option of PPO or HMO and coverage tiers.
ISACA offers good health insurance and generous PTO. Both count for a lot with me. Flexible start times and options to work an alt-day schedule with a Monday or Friday off every other week are really nice benefits too.
Health insurance and some retirement benefits are fantastic. Salary is generally average to low, though.
Paid parental leave is excellent (12 weeks of paid maternity leave and three weeks of paternity leave), health insurance is wonderful (no deductible), and the alternative work week (as an example, 9 hours Mon-Thurs, every other Friday off) is so appreciated.
Health care is good. Used to have a bonus/review process that was convoluted, but based on actual performance. Now its changing to we do not know what.
