12% of your base salary is contributed to a retirement plan, no matching required.
(Really a 403b), but Ithaka puts a significant percentage of your salary into the 403b for you, no contribution from the employee required. Over time, that really adds up.
Company pays a good percentage of your salary into a 403 plan. Not sure how much, but it might be around 8-12%. Employee does not have to match this amount but can add to it.
403B (Non Profit) plan is excellent, they give 12% of salary to 403B without you paying anything.
