Insurance was expensive and the pay was so low that I couldn't afford to have anymore deductibles so I had to opt out of insurance.
The 401K match was okay
The sick time was divided by hours and not the total amount of work days. Therefore some management required salaried staff to use entire days or half days for Doctor appointments instead of an hour or two because it was too difficult for them to compute,
Cafeteria Health Plan, 10 sick days, 1 months severance, 401k with 2 % match after 1 year. 2 weeks vacation.
The health care was great, and then went downhill
Great vacation time - you can use before accrued for the year.
The health insurance provided only one option - high deductible combined with an HSA. The family deductible was $7500 and cost the employee (3 plus family) $6000 a year. After I left I had better and cheaper insurance through the ACA.
Horrible benefits package, glad this school is closed, the 401k was the best thing about it
Awful and expensive. The medical insurance had a deductible so high I got a federal tax credit for it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
