Four years you are fully vested in your 401K paid time off is great I've been with itu for 5 1/2 years starting jan. 2017 i will have 3 weeks vacation 2 personal days and 34 sick days which if needed can be used for fmla.
They are aware of safety and limit issues.
The best was the vacation time and the flexibility of work and personal life. The worst was pay but it was still fair, you wont make a lot of money there but you will do ok. There wasn't any perks that I had as an employee but there were perks like company car for some of the other sales people. Insurance and 401k plan was decent, I would say middle of the pack.
GREAT! Company offers "two-tiered" medical, dental, and vision plans, so you can pick the coverage(s) you want. AD&D, STD, LTD, LTC and Life Insurance options. They offer pre-tax flex-spending savings accounts which are a great tax benefit for medical costs and family care costs. New Berlin and Neenah have an onsite concierge doctor for employees that is very convenient. Employee Assistance program available. 401k retirement options are pre-tax AND/OR post-tax, the company offers a nice 50% match on the first 6%, and professional retirement portfolio management service is available at a discount. One of few companies I know of that gives an annual gift/bonus to employees around Christmas time. Safety Bucks incentive for all employees who work safely that can be traded in for gift cards, company logo apparel, or items from online stores. Employee Discount on ITUdirect Apparel items, which range from Polos to Jackets to Golf Bags. Company social parties and charity events each year. Award-winning training and development programs focused on internal promotions and career advancement. Really nice offering of "partner discounts" to local businesses (for example, employees get 17% off their AT&T phone plan bill.) Some jobs have somewhat flexible work schedules or occasional work from home options; but most are onsite and set-scheduled hours.
They offer a great medical insurance plan, which includes an onsite physician service available, with zero out-of-pocket expense.
Best is that as a company they are still offering us health insurance. Unfortunately both my employer and my husbands will not insure spouses who can carry their own insurance. So we have to deal with different insurance companies, different doctors and different flex accounts etc.
Competitive benefits package with vacation, and vesting in 401k increasing quickly in the first 5 years. Health insurance offered with deductibles and employee cost well below industry average.
