ITW will match 3X what you donate to non-profits. So if you donate $25 for example, ITW will donate $75 in matching funds, to that non-profit. That is very generous, I think.
The best thing is their salary continuance program for salaried employees who have a need to be absent 12 or less weeks. The medical coverage options are awesome and low cost to the employees. Unlimited sick leave for salaried employees was also a great perk.
In a world that is shifting towards unlimited PTO; the current vacation package seems a little light. Additionally, they do not have bank holidays off.
