insurance and 401k are the best part about benefits here. not too many modern perks like lunch which is fairly standard at tech companies. vacation is just standard as well. flexible time is also merely a baseline for all companies. less important things like dry cleaning and massages -- would rather have lunch and snacks instead. the drink fridge is overrated. the best parts were perks that the people here created -- its a fun culture, we play sports multiple times a week, theres little clubs here and there to have fun at and after work
