    Pro: Decent health, dental and vision; Perks including reduced fee for gym membership and other products/services; Generous bonus structure; Complimentary aesthetic treatments; Paid training for a variety of procedures Con: Strict when it comes to maternity leave, will terminate employees rather than allowing extended leave, requires use of PTO for many prior to leave. No sick days, all encompassing PTO benefit which needed to be used to meet weekly hour quota regardless of sickness of inclement weather. Bonus structure frequently changes and there is a lack of transparency with respect to goals and criteria. Does not match 401K.

    The best benefit at Ideal Image is the free treatments. The worst thing about the benefits is that medical/dental are too expensive to be useful. And the 401k is not company matched because they'd rather pad their own pockets than contribute to the well being of their employees.
