No benefits for me as I was employed as a part time employee at Illinois Institute of Technology. I was paid hourly salary on a bi-weekly basis which was pretty decent to the quality of work performed.

Benefits are the best available, with tuition remission for self and dependents, half-remission for spouses seeking graduate degrees after two years, university IRA contributions of 5% plus a 4% employee match after two years, and four weeks of vacation for exempt employees starting out.
