Not a lot of benefits for part time workers. But full time employees have good benefits.

Great health insurance which covers most of health care costs
As a student you don't have benefits package

About the benefits package at Illinois State University, you do not get anything as a graduate assistant.
No benefits, but understandable as a student worker
Best thing is health insurance, which covers pretty much everything, and worst thing is the low pay, which is particularly critical for international students. And as a GA you don't have paid holidays or vacations.
