Great Health insurance. The company shuts down for 2 weeks out of the year to let its people relax and not worry about what is happening at work while they are off. Plus we still get PTO to take additional time. I wish they would do a higher match for the 401k

PTO is very competitive with 4 weeks vacation and 2 company shutdowns (for a week each). I did think genetic testing would be free but it is just "discounted" even though still around $1k. Lunches are brought in often and coffee machines in the office are pretty gourmet.

Very good vacation policy. there are standard 401k as and health insurance as most of bay area companies. No snack, free lunch etc
