good vacation and flexible time off
Flexible time off is good, also new employees do not need to accumulate all the PTO, but at the same time employees who work hard do not have a chance to cash out on their PTO. In fixed PTO, employees would necessarily take the time off, not so much in FTO. Critical care, maternity/paternity leave benefits are great to have.
Our new FTO is good although I prefer PTO.
Flexible time off all of which is paid
Flex Time Off for salaried employees, can take a days as needed.
Good: 21 days PTO in addition to 10 holidays, and sometimes a free week in July Bad: at least for salaried employees, you often end up having to make up all your work before or after you go on vacation!
20 days of PTO per year and a mid-Summer shutdown
Better than average vacation paid time off. July 4 week off is really good
