For a start-up, Illumio's benefits are *very* competitive. We have great medical, dental, and vision benefits along with unlimited sick and vacation time (with manager approval). Flexible work hours allow you to handle personal business that can only be completed during business hours. Probably the only cons (which you'd expect from a start-up), they don't offer matching for your 401K, tution assistance, ESPP, an EAP, or some of the other benefits you'd find at large, mature companies.
100% employee coverage and 75% dependent coverage on Anthem Blue Cross PPO, HMO and Kaiser. Delta Dental and Ortho coverage, VSP vision. Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
401k, lots of free food, good insurance packages
A 401(k) match would be appreciated
Illumio has an wonderful benefits package! The benefits were a big reason why I made the decision to come and work for the company.
Package matches Industry standards -
Great benefits..Dependents paid for at 75% vs 50% for alot of employers.
Cheap insurance doesn't cover much. The Stock is useless as the company has too many problems to IPO any time soon.
Insurance is not good does not cover most procedures. Out of pocket costs are high. Company stock plan is not great. What stock you do get will not be worth much given financial troubles of the company. IPO is years and years away too many problems need to be fixed.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
