    401k had fairly limited choices at a company that had higher-than-normal fees. Discounts on Sony products could be good but it was a bit of a luck-of-the-draw, sometimes prices were better on amazon

    Best thing about Sony's benefits: Many benefit types for every budget level and the health benefits are excellent. The 401K plan is terrific - and generally lucrative. Another great employee perk: The Sony Gym. The gym was free to all employees, regardless of status (full-time vs. temporary), and was fantastic. Much better than most paid-membership gyms.

    Ok 401k - matched at 100% for the first 3%, and 50% for the next 3% PPO and HMO benefits are top tier compared to many other companies of similar caliber Also, can't beat employee pricing at the Sony Family Center
