There are many fun social events!
Paid vacation and health insurance.
Health insurance is good, but employee has to pay a lot of money for it. 401k match is very low (they match 25% of up to 7% and it's vested after 5 years). Unless negotiated, employees are give only 10 vacation days a year, with no option to earn more days later. There are 5 sicks days given a year, but no personal days.
A decent enough benefits package. They have good rates on insurance and a pretty good match on the 401(k) for a company of this size. They also have a nice phone plan and transit benefits. I would encourage them to offer more time off and more work-at-home options. When you can't match on salary, time off can be a big decision maker in the minds of employees when comparing jobs.
Great Medical/Dental, 3 plans for each to choose from. Also, gym in building for employees!
Best: CTA paid with pretax dollars, dental and vision offered Worst: Retirement plan weak, no stock options
