“The benefits are great but an HSA option would be nice as well”
“They match up to 4%”
Great all-around benefits and perks.
Five weeks of vacation and health insurance the first of the month after I started
Great paid time off / vacation policy, good health insurance but strange deductibles (some things have very low deductibles, other things are randomly very high).
- Great healthcare, dental, and vision benefits. - 4% 401k retirement matching - A yearly post-tax passion fund - Gym/wellness reimbursement - 2x/week catered lunches - 25 PTO/year! - 3 WFH days per month
Catered lunch Mondays and Fridays. Excellent medical benefits - used to cover you and family. Now only you but family is discounted.
Great health care at extremely low cost to employee. 5 weeks vacation (not unlimited so you're encouraged to take all of it every year). "Passion fund" allows you to spend ~$500 after tax on any passion you have. 4% 401(k) match could be better but allows it to be considered safe-harbor - funds in plan are Vanguard (very low cost). Lunch is twice weekly.
Top-notch perks. Fully covered medical/dental/vision, 25 PTO days + 1 floating holiday, 3 WFH days per month, passion fund, commuter/parking benefits, 401k (4% match), gym stipend, etc.
Full medical and passion fund
4% 401k match, great healthcare, 5 weeks (25 days) PTO WFH 3 days a month (most people take more) and decent flex hours
- 5 Weeks of PTO - Passion Fund - Amazing insurance (health + dental + vision)
