“I did not need it soI I can not accurately rate their health insurance but I was told it was worthless by other co workers”
“Does not match what employee submits ”
“PTO was accrued easily, and was easy to use”
pretty fair like other corporate dental offices
Benefits are not worth talking about
Expensive for no reason No discounts on dental treatment Doesn’t cover any treatment or exams
Expensive and no 401k matching
Poor benefits. No match 401k and a flex PTO approach that they implemented to not pay out holiday pay.
No company perks, unless you’d like to have half ass fillings or a cleaning done. Health insurance deductible is incredibly high.
That they offered a benefit package that was very expensive.
easy to get vacation and time off
It is expensive. If you have to go to the doctor often and have any health issues, I wouldn’t use Immediadent benefits. If you go to the doctor once in a while you should be fine, just don’t get hurt while working here. Vision hardly pays for anything. Dental covers exam, prophy cleaning and fillings at 100% and anything else at 50%. You’d expect the dental to be covered 100% for everything
Very expensive, low coverage, not worth it at all. Don't even offer employee discounts on dental work. The company will not match any 401K contributions.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
