“It's been amazing to have unlimited PTO.”
“The health insurance benefits have greatly improved over my time working there. They are much better than when I started and will continue to improve.”
Comprehensive benefits including unlimited PTO. Tons of perks like healthy snacks, gym memberships, and catered lunches and happy hours.
Great if they provide 401k match
Unlimited PTO is great as long as you are responsible with it. Benefits are great for the size of the company, though not having a 401k is disappointing.
partially employer paid insurance, 401k without match, Unlimited Vacation
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Many excellent benefits! Hopefully 401k match is the next on the list!
The best parts: Stock options and unlimited paid time off. Less ideal: Pricey insurance premiums, no 401(k) match. I assume as the company grows these benefits will improve.
Competitive benefits package and awesome perks
The benefits at SpinCar have change for the better at the beginning of 2020. I have no complaints.
I am impressed (and thankful) for the major benefits overhaul that SpinCar did heading into 2020. When I first started here, the monthly payments for health insurance were very expensive, but now, I can comfortably afford health, dental, and vision insurance thanks to SpinCar. They also implemented an HSA, which has been extremely helpful for medications, a perk that is very beneficial to someone like me. Kudos to SpinCar for listening to their employees and improving their benefits. We're still growing and I know year after year these will continue to improve.
You are better off applying for Obama Care. However, Executives get free healthcare....Hmmmm how does that work?
