Open PTO policy and office snacks are the best perks, along with fully paid employee health insurance. Most other benefits are on par with industry standard for tech. Wish that the 401K had some level of matching.
Best thing is the time off policy - basically take what you want up to 6 weeks. The worst is the medical plan - it is very difficult to find doctors who take the insurance, surprising but true.
Unlimited PTO and ESPP is great, but still no 401K match program.
Healthcare options are only fair: only one provider choice (Kaiser), two plans, and only the high deductible is affordable (very cheap, if you don't get sick).
Unlimited and untracked PTO. Benefits in general is OK. Nothing else is worth mentioning and i have nothing else to add. I am looking for another job

Pros: "Unlimited" vacation policy. ESPP has lookback provision. 100% subsidized Orca card (public transit). Cons: No 401(k) matching. High deductible health plan means only catastrophic coverage.
