“While it’s nice that the company contributed to 401k, it was conservative compared to other companies.”

“Normal Health Insurance as all company normally has.”
Fun yearly company retreat for the entire company!
Worst would be no sick leave
Office social events & talks are frequent and fun. 401(k) matching is generous - up to 6% for 12% paycheck contribution. Office movie nights typically happen a couple of times a year and are a blast.
Improving offers a competitive benefits package.

What are the best ways or innovative approaches to improving the resiliency of a healthcare supply chain? Everything has been out of whack and crazy since COVID and I feel like I am grasping straws and running out of potential solutions.

Hey y’all. I am thinking about creating a healthcare consulting company specifically centered around quality, improving patient outcomes and working with insurance companies on behalf of a client to increase reimbursement, find trends in data etc. i am setting up an llc but want to hear from my peers- is this a thing? Rather than hire a permanent staff member, utilizing an external consultant? Is it a saturated market? What’s a reasonable rate to charge in the northeast area?

Does anywhere else have health coverage even remotely close to MBB? People can argue all day about prestige and it’s value, but the healthcare offered at those firms is real and next level. I know FAANG and big tech are good, and lots of companies are improving benefits in general, but does anywhere else cover 100% of premiums and in network care, and something like 90% for out of network as well?

Clearly have an extensive package. While I have seen some companies with better benefits, they are in the top 20% from my perspective.
Very competitive benefits package and company perks
Health benefits were conservative. PTO maxes out at 20 days even for management has 20 days (although some senior level folks took more days off than that). Lean maternity leave benefits.
They offer healthcare plans that are similar to the ones offered by other employers.
Improving does offer a lot of benefits, but it's not as great as they say. It’s expensive for what you get and there’s usually some caveat. Health insurance is not great at all, it’s expensive and has very high deductible plans. 401k has high fee funds and company match isn’t until July of the following year. Only so much vacation time can be carried over. Company events are almost always employee only, and parental leave depends on how many children you already have. Benefits are a lot of "Yes, but..."
The benefits package is fine. They have some pretty cool things and pretty average others.
