    Only Full-time employees receive benefits.

    All they ask is just a couple hours notice, but it's not required.

    I believe its just full time employees that have sick days. I don't think I ever used any so it really doesn't matter to me

    the company only allows 5 sick days per period. Depending on the store the manager may or may not count these days ( this depends on the type of situation)

    Gave you a decent amount of sick days and did not really care if you have gone over them because they always have people to cover your shifts.

    You can call out of a day you are scheduled to work no more than 6 times a year. After that (if your manager cares enough to keep track) you may get written-up. If your manager likes you they'll care less. If you aren't liked you will watch other people get away with calling out while you get harassed for having a flu.
