They created fidelity accounts for even part time workers.
If your not working full time or are a student still under your parents health benefits then it's not worth taking our of your paycheck. I will say investing in their 401k is worth it no matter if your in high school, but have $1000 invested otherwise they will send you a check back and take out taxes. (Personal experience)
You get one burger per shift up to 2 meat and 2 cheese, you could have a cheeseburger protein style on your 10, and a cheeseburger regular on your 30 as long as you don’t use more than 2 meat 2 cheese (or one bun) per shift. You get one free coffee, fry or hot chocolate per shift and the drinks are unlimited as long as you use a water cup. Shakes are not allowed but some managers are cool with it, just watch the other associates before trying to take one. Each associate gets rewarded with things like gift cards, in n out merchandise and other cool stuff for every safety goal your store reaches (like 60 days accident free) and so on. For Christmas every associate gets a limited edition in n out merch Christmas present from Lindsey Snyder.
Great place to work, a lot of training for those that want it.
The best thing is the company events, free food when you work more than 4 hours and the environment is fun
I am not too sure about benefits but I have seen medical and dental you can apply for through In N Out. But you do get free burger on your shift only, no other discounts after. You also can get discounts to movies and others if you ask your GM.
Part time employees are eligible to receive both dental insurance and vision. Full time employers are given the opportunity to receive dental, vision, and health.
I have some insurance
Great Healthcare options that are very affordable, 401k + profit sharing, vacation and sick benefits
They genuinely care for their associates but you better be ready to work hard. It’s unlike any other fast food company.
