    The coverage is good but costly. Also employer cancels your insurance the last day worked as opposed to the last day of the month that insurance has already been paid.

    Overall, they offer a very fair package compared to other companies. Benefits are the same for all full-time employees that I know of except, if you are there for a certain amount of time, you gain 4 weeks of PTO.

    Basic benefit, nothing outstanding. Although their is paid time off and vacation, because of the company structure, you could get called on your days/nights off and asked to work. Hopefully your upper management will compensate but it seems to be the norm from what I've gathered thus far. From Hind-sight, I would have and should have selected another company. Not a long term place to continue my career.
