Horrible Health Insurance plan but decent 401K plan

The coverage is good but costly. Also employer cancels your insurance the last day worked as opposed to the last day of the month that insurance has already been paid.

Poor plan administered by Cigna ; When issues occur no assistance from internal teams.

Overall, they offer a very fair package compared to other companies. Benefits are the same for all full-time employees that I know of except, if you are there for a certain amount of time, you gain 4 weeks of PTO.

Basic benefit, nothing outstanding. Although their is paid time off and vacation, because of the company structure, you could get called on your days/nights off and asked to work. Hopefully your upper management will compensate but it seems to be the norm from what I've gathered thus far. From Hind-sight, I would have and should have selected another company. Not a long term place to continue my career.

    Average benefits. Nothing super special.

  • Jun 26, 2017

Would say it's fairly comparable to other companies and they did seem to try to keep year to year increases low

You don't have many plans to choose from. It barely covers you and the out of pocket expense is high!
