pretty decent options compared to many other companies
InComm has a very good benefits package in my opinion compared to some companies. Health Care: We get the typical health insurance from Cigna, employees choose which plans are best for them. Since I choose a more expensive plan, I pay more but I choose to do so since it is in my best interest. I do wish the Out of Pockets were cheaper or Cigna would pay more based on the amount I pay each month. 401K: There is a company match which is preferred so I like know I get some % matched. PTO: Between 3-4 weeks depending on how many years an employee has been with the company. Investment towards additional Schooling: The company will help pay up to $5,000 for tuition yearly, $2,500 for each 6 month period. Cons: -Most people wish there were additional paid time off granted for maternity and parental leave since many companies are starting to offer additional time. -PTO specifically used to volunteer. -Stock options for additional future investment opportunities.
Average benefits. Nothing too spectacular.
Vacation/Time-off. No work-life balance
Best thing about the package is the health care choice. It is very encompassing and allows for maliability dependent on the employee. They really do care about their workers.
PTO was awful honestly. Very poor compared to other business companies. The insurance benefits were ok. I would say the insurance was fairly comparable to other companies. Bonuses were only for sales people. Cost of living raises were average to low.
They benefits are so basic. They barely cover you goin to the doctor. The out of pocket pay is very high.
If you're older and need ED medicines, they are not covered at all by the insurance. They are very expensive so expect to do without.
PTO is pretty standard, insurance offers 3 different options to best suit you. Health insurance is offered immediately on the 1st of the month after hire and 401k after 60 days
The benefits are very comprehensive, but there are no annual bonus
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
