Best: Work from home!! So much flexibility & gives employees the opportunity to create their own ideal work environment.
The best thing about InVision is the flexibility the remote lifestyle offers.
comprehensive health insurance. unlimited PTO (everyone takes at least 15 days off all the way up to leadership). On top of 10 national holidays, we get another 10-11 offline days when no one works.
Good medical/dental. Well thought out perks package such as cafe card, home office, wellness, cell phone, etc. - some of the little things go a long way.
For a startup, this company continues to impress me. Every year they add onto their benefits. This year they have even started considering fertility benefits which is unheard of at a company this size.
Overall the plans are very solid and comparable to other companies of this size.
Full benefits, no out of pocket cost!
It was very good and stable.
Overall, InVision has a great benefits package - - unlimited vacation - 1/2 day Fridays year round - Approx 10 company days off for Jewish holidays - Monthly gym reimbursement - Really competitive/compelling healthcare - 401k (but no match) - work from "anywhere" (but has to be fairly quiet if/when you have a lot of video calls) Just wish they'd match 401k and perhaps support more in-person meetups
As a single person with no dependents I have essentially a cost free benefits package as the company provides a $800 Stipend :)
