fair - you have to accumulate hours for vacation and you get sick leave as well
Being able to have time off when needed or an emergency arises and still be paid for it is a definite relief.

I really look forward to the vacations I can take using the time I have accrued. I usually get a set amount of hours for so many hours worked.
I have a tough time using this because I enjoy being at work, but they do offer a great package for vacation and sick leave.
Very fair amount of time off for vacation. 2 weeks per year and I started earning vacation time after ninety days.
We earn our time off by being to work. Our leaders make sure we can use our time off by helping us get it scheduled. The vacation time is rolled over to the next year if we haven't use it.
Vacation or Paid Time Off is same as I had received with my previous employer. No issues in this area with time off or requesting time off.
Very short production cycles - 4 weeks each. Any vacation time taken creates tremendous stress in trying to "catch up." Paid holidays, etc only apply after employee passes 90 days.
If you do take vacation it is held against you.
